Supported by industry-leading training, our store team members are product experts who inspire, educate, and elevate everyday shopping experiences.

Behind every successful delivery is our dedicated Home Delivery Centre (HDC) team. With precision and care, they strive to ensure products reach our customers and stores on time, every time. From managing logistics to navigating complex delivery schedules, the HDC team play a vital role in connecting our operations and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

Our Support Office is the engine that drives JB Hi-Fi's success, delivering creative solutions to support our customers and empower our stores. From shaping product strategies in Merchandise and Marketing, designing cutting-edge tech infrastructure in IT, or championing our people in HR and Safety, opportunities here are rewarding, diverse and exciting.
