Description
Their motto was “come out fighting”, and that they did. This epic wartime story is not only
about bravery and courage, but also the struggle for racial equality. During World War II,
an all African American Platoon known as “The Black Panthers” are tasked with rescuing
crashed fighter pilot Lieutenant Frank Ross (Kellan Lutz). Landing behind enemy lines, Ross
finds himself in the middle of a German ambush against an American Tanker Patrol and
comes to the aid of 2nd Lieutenant Robert Hayes (Hiram A. Murray). Hayes’ right-hand
soldier Sergeant A.J. “Red” McCarron (Michael Jai White) and Private Michael “Salty”
Buttons (Rich Lowe) hatch a daring plan with Sergeant G. H. Crecy (Tyrese Gibson) to retrieve
the two men. Playing a deadly cat and mouse game with the German army, the soldiers
