Blitzkrieg was part of the so-called New Wave of British Heavy Metal. They were founded at the end of 1980.
Literally within weeks after being formed, Blitzkrieg were already cutting a three-song demo tape that instantly
attracted attention from various labels. Neat Records was the one that gave them a deal, resulting in a 7-inch titled
Buried Alive.
The B-side - a rework of “Hocus Pocus” by Dutch band Focus - would both bear their name and ultimately guarantee their legacy. Metallica even did a cover of this track (found on Garage Inc.).

The debut A Time Of Changes is available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on translucent red & black mixed coloured vinyl and includes an insert with lyrics.
